Pictureless Profile

Anyone else tired of that gray silhouette profile always checking out your pics and vids? The administration needs to enlist and enforce rules restricting picture less profiles. They should only be permitted to interact w/ fellow non-pics. It makes no sense to restrict my free picture filled profile while those with no pic can browse mine. Every tv, phone, and computer has a cam.
