People Need To Read Profiles. People Need To Read Profiles.  Hi there site friends. I finding that even though we all have our own personal profiles. It appears to me that many site members do not take time to actually read what is stated in our profiles. Like who we are looking to meet, what we are into, or how we like to meet, etc. Just thought I would run this by you all, and see if others are experiencing this same thing to people not actually reading profiles.

I have experienced a problem reading profiles since I am not a gold member. They should at least let us see something even if it's just an intro line.

I agree, but a couple years ago I paid for a year of gold membership. They said they gave me 6 months free, but the math shows that they made me pay for all 18 months, then 12 months into it they canceled my remaining 6 months because they said I didn't participate enough. And with how poorly(if at all) that IM works I am loathe to buy in. So, I read as much as they allow me to. On a different topic, I enjoy keeping an eye on your blog. Sure wouldn't mind meeting you sometime if situations allow.

I understand why the non gold members don't read profiles, I do get annoyed with the members with the gold membership not reading profiles.

Currently, I have a free gold and can read profiles, but usually, you can only see the opening couple of lines - and of course IM almost never works! It doesn't matter since there is almost never anybody local, but you need to know that people aren't necessarily being rude. Of course, the email system can't be read unless you pay too...

As a standard member, I am one of the problems, but I can also say that many are not who they appear to be and are not as honest as some. I always try to read as much as possible and then ask if I want more.

Since I don't have the Burger King crown on my profile, I can read most of the profiles through passion.com/profile/[insert name] but not all profiles are there. If I see I am not their ideal person, I don't bother. Of course not many can read profile. Don't be too upset, even those with Gold membership still don't bother to read profiles. I still keep getting messages from gay guys who are gold members and know I am not gay. C'est la vie.

I am j58boy, I am also a standard member but try to read what little it allows me too. I wish the guys who are hitting on me would read my profile and see I am looking for women...

I understand, but how about the people with profiles showing a little patience, understanding and COURTESY towards those of us who can see the entire profile and try to communicate respectfully, and yet receive not even the simplest of responses.

In my case most men think it's enough that I am close by. That is all that should matter. Preferences mean nothing to them. Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

Fran I too would love to read profiles, but as a standard I am prevented from reading profiles, so at best I can read what other bloggers give access to thru their blogs. And I dont know if or when anyone really reads mine, since A F F fakes views, and even has fake profiles they have created, to try and get standards to spend money & upgrade! I am pretty sure if any HAVE read my profile, I would have heard from any that it interested, but I dont ever hear anything other than about 1/2 dzn friend requests.

As a regular member I can't read any part of profiles, but I am am reader. Why contact someone that does not want who I am or fit the who or what I am looking for? A waste of time and effort in my mind.
